Liyah's school photos came in today. I'm so excited, she looks adorable. In the class picture she is the only kid not looking haha, but she is still smiling so i guess thats good.

Halloween 2012
This year for Halloween it was raining pretty dang hard most of the day. It was hard to decide whether or not to take liyah trick or treating.
By the time dusk came it wasn't raining as bad so i decided to take her. I didn't completely dress her up though. We put on a rain coat with a pair of wings on top and carried an umbrella and called it good.

We only went to 5 houses. I felt like she had enough candy with that. For the rest of the night we just passed out candy to other trick or treaters. It was a great night, very simple and very cheap. Just the way I like it.

Family portraits
My job had a special going on for the employees in portraits for the month of October. The package was that there was no sitting fee, a free 8x10 digital and printed copy and 24holiday greeting cards. It was amazing to get so much for free. Of course we could always order more things but the basic stuff was pretty cool.
This was Jaliyah and I's first professional picture and she did really well. She listen to directions on how to pose. She smiled and over all just did an amazing job. I am so dang happy with the way these turned out. Hope you guys enjoy them.

Toy Story
I don't know any other way to say this. Liyah is OBSESSED with the toy story movies. She watches the movie( preferably the 1st and 2nd) about 3 times a day. The movie is literally the first thing she ask for in the morning when she first wakes up. Well I take that back, its a tie between eating and that movie.
Because of toy story Liyah is always trying to fly and pays attention to things around her now that fly. She wears her fairy wings from last Halloween all the time now because of her "love" for flying.
Some other movies or things she loves right now is beauty and the beast, little mermaid, and trains. She loves trains. I bought her Thomas the train pj's and toy story pj's and thats all she ever wants to wear. Its awesome.
Below is a picture of her toy story pj's. It isn't the greatest picture for them but the picture it self is sorta funny. I went to bed one night and this is how i found her.

Point No Point.
2012/13 is going to be a big year. My sister jessy graduates this year and will be heading off to college soon after. My sister alexis is heading into middle school and just made the cheer squad. I just started a new job i really enjoy and cj... well he is just being cj. With that being jessy wanted to do something as a family since after this school year things will be changing. We decided to take a trip to Point no Point. Its about 45 minutes ish away from our house and it is a actually beach.
You may want to laugh at me when i say actually beach but i will explain why i say that. I am from Cali, so when you visit a beach it involves sand. Washington beaches typically don't have that. They have rocks instead of sand. Not very feet friendly if you ask me.
It was a great trip though and it was liyahs first time at at beach. She loved it. According to her the name of the ocean was pool. She enjoyed playing in the sand and if she could she would have stayed in the water. Jessy had to take her out because she noticed the shivering. It wasn't exactly warm when we visited but it still was a nice and enjoyable day. Great family time spent together. A blog post wouldn't be complete if I didn't have pictures to go along with it.
